The mission of Nanny2Family is to provide premium quality childcare to families and guide nannies to families that fit their desires. Nanny2Family's goal is to place devoted, reliable, and loving nannies with the same type of families. Nanny2Family's number one desire is for our nannies to become apart of your family. Nanny2Familly pre-screens nannies and then links them with families based on both sides desires.
The Nanny2Family Process
Nanny2Family has a set of structured procedures involving applications submittals, interviews, and security background checks.
- For the Family: The process begins by contacting Nanny2Family. The family will then be asked to fill out our online Nanny Placement Application. Next, Nanny2Family will review the application, meet with the family, and then be able to determine the families' needs. Afterwards, Nanny2Family begins the search for a nanny. After nanny placement, there will be a 2 week trial period. This gives both parties a chance to evaluate the situation.
- For the Nanny: The process begins by contacting Nanny2Family. The nanny will then be asked to fill out our online Nanny Employment Application. Nanny2Family will review the application and verify all references listed. Afterwards, Nanny2Family will meet with the application to discuss details and desires. Finally, Nanny2Family requires the applicant to submit a thorough background check for security purposes. After nanny is placed with family, there will be a 2 week trial period. This gives both parties a chance to evaluate the situation.

I have been working in childcare and nanny industry for the past decade. Because of this, I am able to understand what a family and nanny are both looking for and how to pair the two.
I completely understand that as a parent your number one goal is to find the best childcare possible and that can be difficult to find. That is why it is my personal goal to help and guide families through this process. I also cherish the past jobs I have had as a nanny and how they have become like family to me. My heart is to help provide that for you!
